Mr. Norman D. Romney is an attorney and registered engineer with over 30 years of professional experience. As an attorney he is experienced with drafting and negotiating complex engineering and construction contracts, evaluating and advising on contract risk management and alternative dispute resolution procedures including arbitration.

He has served as inhouse counsel to a large 17,000 member church providing advice on real estate acquisitions and development, insurance and non-profit tax matters. He has experience in government contracts, real estate development, contract law, and international arbitration. He has served as an expert witness and he has extensive experience on both domestic and international assignments.
